International Education Conference in Oslo, Norway

Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai to Oslo to attend the Government's International Conference on Education from 6 - 7 July 2015. Host by The Prime Minister of Norway Ms. Erna Solberg
The following attended the conference UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, UN Special Envoy for Global Education, Gordon Brown, as well as Prime Ministers and members of government from a number of countries
In many countries, girls from earlier years fall into the education race than boys. Only 60 per cent of all countries have managed to reach the Millennium Development Goal for the same number of girls and boys to receive basic education. For high school, only 38 per cent reach the goal.
The Dialogue for Peace Foundation organized a reception in honor of Malala's visit to Norway and at the same time celebrated Malala's 18th birthday celebration in Oslo
